Small, family-owned Commercial Real Estate Company seeking an AR Specialist for their Corporate office in Winter Park, Florida!

  • Accounting experience required
  • Experience with Yardi preferred, but not required
  • Strong analytical and problem solving

Job Responsibilities:

Seeking an experienced individual to manage all accounts receivable for multiple clients. Candidate must be a highly motivated and detail-oriented who can work independently in a small office setting.    

AR Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • complete soft, outbound collection phone calls with professionalism
  • responsible for monitoring client accounts
  • create tenant charges and email invoices to tenants
  • must update and maintain all customer accounts by documenting the collection account status
  • communicate balances with owners as needed
  • assist in answering phones
  • prepare multiple bank deposits and deliver to corresponding bank

Benefits and salary of $45-50k depending on experience and tenure.
