*Our customer-oriented partner is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist.*
Work from home flexibility
$22-$26/hour, based on experience
Contract Length: Through the end of 2024
You are:
- Associate’s Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school required
- Minimum 2-3 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Strong communications skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP equations, and use macros in Excel)
- Experience with batch wire payments and credit card processing.
What you will do?
Essential Job Functions:
- Accurately post and apply each day’s customer payments received.
- Apply credits as needed daily and monthly.
- Prepare and send customer draft notices.
- Retrieve payment notifications from various customer websites.
- Post intercompany debit and credit memos.
- Process credit card statements for customers.
- Coordinate with the Credit team to resolve customer billing or payment issues.
