The AR Specialist will be responsible to support all aspects of the daily and monthly accounting duties.

You are:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of Industrial / construction billing and AR experience.
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP’s and Pivot Tables)
- Strong working knowledge of revenue recognition, progress billing, and pay when paid
- Experience with Timberline Sage 300 or COINS highly preferred
- Valid FL driver’s license
What you will do?
The AR Specialist will be responsible to support all aspects of the daily and monthly accounting duties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate invoices and billing documents to be sent directly to customers or general contractors.
• Maintain records and files for accounts receivable.
• Conduct account reconciliations.
• Monitor and address outstanding customer accounts for collection efforts.
• Collaborate with other departments regarding customer billing and any discrepancies.
• Ensure prompt and accurate handling of customer resolution issues.
