About Us: Our client is a growing company dedicated to providing exceptional service to their clients across the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join our finance team.
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee our high-volume invoicing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP implementation, setting up automated processes, and managing APIs. This role also involves inventory management and supervising one direct report.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Receivable Operations: Oversee the entire accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and collections.
- ERP Implementation: Lead and manage ERP implementation projects, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Automated Processes: Develop and implement automated processes to improve efficiency and accuracy in accounts receivable operations.
- API Management: Work with IT and other departments to integrate and manage APIs for data exchange and process automation.
- Inventory Management: Coordinate with the inventory management team to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of inventory levels.
- Supervision: Supervise and mentor one direct report, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth and development.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on accounts receivable status, including aging reports, collection forecasts, and other key metrics.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of [X] years of experience in accounts receivable management, with a focus on high-volume invoicing.
- ERP Knowledge: Proven experience with ERP implementation and management.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of automated processes and API integration.
- Inventory Management: Experience in inventory management and related accounting practices.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to supervise and mentor staff.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
