Monday-Friday, flex hours
In Office - Mt. Dora area
$19-$21/hour, depending on experience

You are:
- A high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- 2-3 years of experience of experience with basic accounting knowledge
- Familiarity with MS 365, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Excellent communication, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

What you will do?
Essential Job Functions:
- Ensure timely billing and submission of invoices weekly to customers (Mail and/or email)
- Resolve customer billing problems, requests for invoices, ticket copies, or statements
- Make outbound collection calls/emails for assigned accounts
- Post daily incoming payments and submit deposit documentation to central accounting team
- Generate reports and statements for internal use
- Reconciliation for Month-end Closing Process
