Under the direction of the Accounting Supervisor, the AP Specialist will be responsible for handling Accounts Payable responsibilities including:

  • Sort, batch and enter incoming invoices
  • Print and match checks to supporting documentation
  • Match Invoices to Contracts
  • Maintain Certificates of Insurance
  • Provide Vendor support
  • Process and post incoming cash receipts
  • Assist with preparing monthly late notices
  • Other related duties as requested by Supervisor

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (including education and certifications):

  • Strong Excel experience
  • Associates Degree + 2 years of accounting experience
  • High Volume capability (500+ invoices per week)
  • Attention to Detail, Aptitude to Learn
  • Flexibility


  • Tech Savvy
  • Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or Related Field
  • Accounts Payable experience (1-2 years)
  • Knowledge of GL Coding and Job Cost Procedures

Salary: $19 - $20/HR
