Accounting Specialist Needed to Support Healthcare for At-Risk Communities!
Our client, a nonprofit healthcare company, is seeking an Accounting Specialist. They are looking for someone passionate about making a difference in at-risk communities affected by chronic diseases like HIV/AIDS.
This role is a key part of their mission to serve those in need. The position is fully onsite, offering competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.
Position: Accounting Specialist
Location: 100% Onsite
Hours: Full-time, 10am-7pm M-F, with occasional weekends
Pay: $20-$22/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct audits and assist the Financial department with 340B Grants, which will comprise 75% of your role.
- Manage accounting tasks using QuickBooks and maintain accurate records.
- Utilize Excel and Word to support financial reporting and documentation.
- Ensure attention to detail in all tasks, catching and correcting any discrepancies.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of accounting experience.
- Associate’s degree in Finance or Business.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and Word.
- Tech-savvy with strong organizational skills and an eye for details.
