Position Overview
A growing hospitality organization is seeking a highly organized and analytical Revenue Manager to support large-scale property conversion and rebrand initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead revenue management activities for hotel conversions and rebrands
- Configure room types, rate plans, inventory, and pricing across multiple systems
- Train and support Revenue Analysts throughout project execution
- Partner with IT, Marketing, Sales, Reporting, and Operations teams to meet critical deadlines
- Manage SOPs, reporting readiness, project tracking, and launch preparation
- Troubleshoot system and reporting issues, including IT ticket coordination
- Support wholesale, group, and business travel account setup and approvals
- Monitor project timelines and ensure successful implementation milestones
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Management, hospitality operations, or hotel systems support
- Strong understanding of hotel conversions, rebrands, and revenue management processes
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Experience supporting hotel openings, conversions, or large-scale system implementations preferred
