We’re partnering with a premier hospitality group in Las Vegas that is seeking an experienced Hotel Revenue Manager to join their team.
Compensation: $70,000–$80,000 annually (based on experience)
Location: On-site in Las Vegas
Perks: Full benefits package + 401(k)
What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred

3+ years of hotel revenue management experience

2+ years in a management/supervisory role

Experience managing revenue across multiple properties

Strong analytical skills and business acumen

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
What You’ll Be Doing:
As Revenue Manager, you'll develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize occupancy, average daily rate, and overall revenue. This role is hands-on and strategic, focusing on forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis across multiple properties.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive revenue growth through dynamic pricing and inventory strategies

Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes

Analyze performance and adjust strategies to meet business goals

Conduct regular revenue strategy meetings with Sales & Marketing teams

Manage third-party partnerships to maximize profit
