Bilingual Accounting Manager
A growing Orlando-based organization is seeking a bilingual (Spanish & English) to lead core accounting operations and support continued organizational growth and process improvement initiatives.
This role will oversee receivables, fixed assets, financial reporting, and day-to-day accounting operations while helping support a transition to NetSuite. The ideal candidate is hands-on, systems-savvy, highly organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume receivables operations handling approximately 2,000 invoices weekly
- Oversee fixed assets and core accounting functions including AP and AR
- Improve financial reporting accuracy, including P&Ls and balance sheets
- Support NetSuite implementation and system optimization efforts
- Lead and mentor an accounting team
- Help strengthen accounting processes and operational structure
Qualifications
- Bilingual Spanish/English required
- NetSuite experience required
- QuickBooks Online experience preferred
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
- Experience managing accounting operations and staff
- CPA preferred but not required
