About Tews Company

Tews Company is a well-established staffing and recruiting firm that partners with businesses across a range of industries — including finance & accounting, technology, administrative, human resources, and corporate services — to solve the talent equation by matching exceptional professionals with great opportunities. We combine the reach of larger firms with a personalized, relationship-driven approach to serving both clients and candidates.

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is an excellent opportunity for a new college graduate — especially someone with academic or internship experience in Finance, Accounting, Business, Communications, or related fields — who is eager to launch a career in recruiting and staffing. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, a strong communicator, and someone who thrives in a team environment while having a genuine interest in learning multiple industries and the staffing process from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with recruiters to understand job requirements, target candidate profiles, and client needs.

  • Use creative sourcing strategies — including Boolean search techniques, job boards, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), and internal databases — to identify and engage top talent.

  • Conduct initial outreach and engagement with candidates via phone, email, and social channels.

  • Screen and qualify candidates to assess experience, fit, and alignment with job requirements.

  • Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

  • Contribute to building a strong talent pipeline for current and future opportunities.

  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to share insights, contribute ideas, and support collective success.

  • Represent the Tews brand with professionalism and a commitment to quality and service in every candidate interaction.

Who You Are

  • New college graduate (0–2 years of professional experience) with a background in Finance, Accounting, Business, Human Resources, or related field (internships or work experience through College preferred).

  • Organized, proactive, and self-motivated — eager to learn and take initiative.

  • Strong communicator — comfortable engaging new candidates and building rapport.

  • Curious about different industries and excited to help people find meaningful employment.

  • A connector at heart — someone who enjoys networking, relationship-building, and working with others to achieve shared goals.

  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to contribute in a collaborative workplace.

What You’ll Gain

  • Hands-on experience in recruiting and talent acquisition — one of the most valuable skill sets in business today.

  • Exposure to multiple industries and client types.

  • Mentorship from experienced recruiters and staffing professionals.

  • A growth-oriented work environment where initiative is rewarded.

  • Opportunity to build a professional network and deepen industry knowledge.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (required) — Finance/Accounting background a plus.

  • Internship or part-time work experience during college.

  • Comfort with technology and willingness to learn ATS systems and sourcing tools.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Why Tews Company

At Tews, we are passionate about placing the right people with the right opportunities and building long-term relationships with both candidates and clients. With a partner-first approach and a supportive team culture, you’ll be part of a dynamic environment where your contributions matter and your growth is encouraged.
