Accounts Receivable Manager Needed For Growing Construction Company.
Onsite – Orlando, FL
$90,000–$110,000 (based on experience)
A growing construction company is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to lead corporate billing, collections, and cash application functions. This is an excellent opportunity for a steady, hands-on leader who enjoys mentoring others and improving processes in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do

Lead, train, and support the Billing and Collections team

Oversee accurate billing and timely collection of receivables

Review AR aging and develop strategies to reduce past-due balances

Ensure compliance with lien rights, contracts, and construction documentation

Partner with project managers and leadership to resolve billing issues
-
Provide AR metrics, cash forecasts, and reports to senior management
-
Maintain internal controls and drive process improvements
-
Support ERP enhancements (Sage Intacct experience a plus)
What We’re Looking For
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

10+ years of AR and collections experience
-
5+ years in a supervisory or management role
-
Construction industry experience required

Strong understanding of lien and tax compliance
-
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
-
Proficient in ERP systems and Excel
