$80,000–$95,000 | Full Benefits, PTO, 401K
We are seeking a motivated Pricing Supervisor to lead a dynamic team and play a critical role in shaping pricing strategies that drive profitability and long-term success. This is an exciting opportunity for a people-focused leader who enjoys both the analytical side of pricing and the hands-on side of team development.
This role works closely with senior leadership to ensure pricing models, product costing, and communication processes are accurate, effective, and aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of leadership, analytical skills, and relationship-building ability, along with experience in finance, pricing, or market analysis.
Key Responsibilities

Lead & Develop Team: Guide, mentor, and train a shared services pricing team of six, fostering professional growth and strong collaboration.

Pricing Strategies: Implement and maintain effective pricing models and strategies while conducting market and competitor analysis to inform decisions.

Profitability & Analysis: Build and manage simulation models, conduct economic assessments, and evaluate revenue and margin opportunities.

Project Oversight: Coordinate multiple pricing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business needs.

Reconciliation & Reporting: Oversee the monthly reconciliation process for pricing accruals, maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner with suppliers, key customers, and internal teams to deliver clear communication and consistent pricing updates.

Process Improvements: Develop and refine policies and procedures to streamline efficiency and accuracy across the team.
Qualifications

Education & Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of related experience and at least some supervisory exposure, or
-
High school diploma/GED with 7+ years of direct pricing/finance experience and 1–2+ years of leadership experience.

Strong leadership and communication skills with a proven ability to motivate and manage a team.

Analytical mindset with proficiency in financial analysis, modeling, and process improvement.

Experience in the beverage industry is a strong plus, though candidates with finance or pricing/analysis backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.

Advanced degree (Master’s, CPA, or equivalent) preferred but not required.
