$85,000–$95,000 + Benefits

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you’ll support decision-makers with critical analysis, financial modeling, and process improvement. Your work will help leadership make informed choices and keep the business running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage budgets and forecasts (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)

  • Develop cash flow projections and capital expenditure forecasts

  • Build performance metrics and dashboards

  • Create financial models to support strategic planning

  • Analyze trends, perform variance analysis, and provide actionable recommendations

  • Collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting

  • Automate reporting tools and streamline financial processes

  • Identify opportunities to improve performance and efficiency


What You Bring:

  • 2–4+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related roles

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required

  • Strong Excel skills and financial modeling expertise

  • Experience with BI tools (Power BI preferred)

  • Familiarity with accounting systems; Sage is a plus

  • SQL experience is a bonus

  • Excellent analytical and communication skills

  • Comfort working with all levels of leadership and across departments
