You are:
Requirement & Qualifications:
- Previous hotel experience
- Associate’s degree
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, including managerial experience
- Proficient in Excel, Word, & Adobe
- Strong financial analysis skills and Revenue Management expertise
- Experience in developing strategies for demand, revenue, ADR, and RevPAR
- 3+ years of Budgeting & Forecasting experience
- Strong quantitative and analytical abilities
What will you do?
The Regional Revenue Manager is responsible for driving annual rental revenue across multiple properties. This role leads pricing and inventory strategies to improve revenue, occupancy, and ADR across the region. The manager will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Reservations teams to align goals and optimize performance
Essential Job Functions:
- Oversee short- and long-term pricing strategies and inventory control
- Lead revenue meetings and collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to meet targets
- Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts for multiple properties
- Analyze room statistics, market trends, and competitor data to adjust strategies
- Perform displacement analysis for group bookings and assess the impact on RevPAR
- Manage a team of Revenue Analysts, Reservations Manager, and new hires
- Monitor market demand and competitive landscape to optimize pricing strategies
- Partner with third-party channels to drive business
- Ensure systems integration with IT and streamline internal revenue processes
- Oversee payroll and team development
