Requirements & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of experience
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous HOA timeshare experience preferred but not required
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Ability to pick up new systems quickly
What will you do?
We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support Resort Operations with budgeting, forecasting, and reserve fund management. This role requires strong analytical skills and a collaborative mindset to help drive financial performance and support operational leaders.
Essential Job Functions:
- Manage reserve funding for all HOAs:
- Review and track invoices against Reserve Studies and project budgets
- Maintain accurate reserve spend tracking and monthly reporting
- Collaborate on reserve cash forecasting with PM and Resort Ops teams
- Lead external reserve audit efforts
- Develop and maintain financial models and tools:
- Budget and forecast models for various entities
- Productivity, labor, and operational models for Resort Operations
- Reporting templates and dashboards for leadership
- Provide ad hoc reporting and ongoing analytical support to Resort Ops and Business Management
