Your experience includes:

Accounting or AR/reconciliation experience.

Strong Excel skills (comfortable with sorting/filtering data).

Detail-oriented and quick to pick up new systems.

Organized and reliable with strong problem-solving skills.
What you will be doing:
Key Responsibilities:

Review and reconcile credit card transactions across multiple portals and mobile check capture systems.

Cross-check batches of transactions provided in Excel by location.
-
Identify and verify transaction legitimacy, flagging and resolving potential duplicates.

Support the AR team in reducing backlog and ensuring accurate financial records.

Maintain organized documentation and communicate findings to the accounting team.
