Account Manager – Temp-to-Perm Opportunity in East Orlando

Tews Company is seeking an Account Manager for our client in East Orlando. This fully onsite, temp-to-perm opportunity offers a great chance to grow with a dynamic team.

Location: East Orlando (Fully Onsite)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $45,000 – $55,000 (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer support, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Manage customer inquiries, service complaints, and issue resolutions.
  • Process orders, returns, and track priority shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Work cross-functionally to coordinate system repairs and field upgrades.
  • Maintain and update customer accounts, including web portal user access.
  • Collaborate with sales and internal teams to ensure smooth account management.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an account management or customer support role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a strong sense of urgency.
Nice to Have: Previous experience in a medical device customer support role
