Customer Service Representative Needed for Growing Healthcare Company!
Pay- $17.75-18.50 plus opportunity for quarterly bonus!What You’ll Do
- Serve as a key contact for patients, caregivers, and referral sources.
- Manage patient intake and verify Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance.
- Coordinate documentation and setup for medical equipment and respiratory services.
- Prepare CMNs, invoices, delivery paperwork, and maintain accurate records.
- Resolve patient questions and coordinate with internal and external teams.
- Support office operations and equipment requests.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma/GED required.
- 1+ year of related experience preferred.
- Home healthcare, medical billing, patient intake, or insurance verification experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office, email, and computer systems.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record may be required.
A Few Things to Know
- May include on-call coverage and occasional home deliveries.
- Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Background check and drug screen may be required.
