*Our construction partner is seeking a knowledgeable Payroll Administrator.*
Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
In Office
$22-$23/hour
Contract Length: 6-9 months
You are:
- A high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- 2-4 years' relevant experience
- Communicate effectively with others both verbally and in writing
- Work both independently and with others as necessary
- Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to review work for accuracy and neatness
- Think independently and develop solutions to problems
- Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Strong payroll background

They are seeking a loyal and reliable Payroll Administrator with a good head on their shoulders to add to their team. What you will do?
Essential Job Functions:
- Collect Mail each day, open, date stamp & distribute
- Verify & enter Direct Deposits
- Enter W-4’s, & Reimbursements, etc.
- Scan all Paperwork for Employees into Electronic Cabinet
- Term Direct Deposits, Credit Union, & Child Supports deductions each month
- Process all employment verifications, subpoena’s
- Process Child Support verifications
- Order all supplies for department
- Assist Employees with their Electronic Vaults for Paystubs
- All Filing
