This role partners with senior leaders to deliver performance management, talent reviews, organizational design, employee relations, and change management.

- Strong consulting and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-change environment
- Highly organized; comfortable working with strong personalities
- Tech background highly preferred

- Support organizational design and upcoming reorganization efforts
- Provide strategic guidance on compensation, job reviews, workforce planning
- Manage complex, high-volume employee relations issues
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver enterprise HR programs
