Job Title: Administrative Coordinator (Contract)
Location: Onsite
Pay: $17–$19/hour
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support daily office operations in a professional corporate environment. This is a fully onsite contract role ideal for someone who enjoys organization, logistics, and supporting internal teams.
Responsibilities:

Coordinate visitor logistics, desk space, and access badges

Schedule meetings and manage calendar invites

Order and restock office and breakroom supplies

Arrange catering and assist with off-site meeting coordination

Support hotel reservations for visiting executives

Assist with mail, FedEx shipments, certified mail, and postage

Coordinate document storage and retrieval with file management vendors

Submit building maintenance work orders

Provide general administrative support as needed
Qualifications:

1–3 years of administrative or office support experience

Strong organizational and communication skills
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and basic office software
-
Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working onsite
