$120k-$150k, depending on experience

Remote + consistent travel

You are:

 
Requirement & Qualifications:
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance; MBA is a plus
  • At least 5 years of experience in analytics development
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing multiple projects in a collaborative team setting
  • Proven ability to independently structure and execute complex analyses
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and database management tools
  • Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industries

What will you do?

Essential Job Functions:
 
  • Lead monthly financial reporting, including variance analysis and management reporting, and perform daily analytics to optimize effectiveness and resolve issues.
  • Build and maintain a multi-entity budget model for consolidated and individual entities.
  • Develop and maintain financial models for business units and projects to support organizational decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and perform financial analysis using KPIs and other metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Continuously evaluate and maintain system processes, delivering monthly status reports to relevant stakeholders.
  • Partner with various business units to produce data, analysis, and documentation that enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide analytical support for initiatives, ensuring key issues are clearly understood and operational timelines are met.
  • Develop tracking mechanisms to monitor results and initiate corrective actions as needed.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, identifying opportunities for growth and value enhancement.
