*Our hospitality partner is seeking a strong CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST! *
REMOTE after 2 weeks of in-office training in Orlando
$18/hour, based on experience
Contract Length: Estimated 5 months!
Flexible to work any shift Mon-Sun (8 AM - 9 PM), including holidays.

The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for resolving rental guest concerns promptly and accurately, identifying root causes, providing education, and determining appropriate compensation when necessary. This role also manages guest relocations due to crises such as natural disasters, renovations, system issues, and evacuations, ensuring seamless transitions by coordinating with yield, inventory, and resort management.

You are:
- 2+ years in customer service or timeshare operations.
- Strong conflict resolution, negotiation, multitasking, business writing, and decision-making abilities.
- Aptitude for curious learning and demonstrates self-sufficiency
- Understanding of contractual documents
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.

- Guest Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve guest concerns, considering compensation history, customer behavior, and business impact. Communicate resolutions professionally.
- Crisis Management & Relocations: Handle urgent guest relocations and cancellations, providing clear updates to all stakeholders.
- Operational Support: Manage daily tasks, respond to customer and partner inquiries, and support company initiatives.
