Requirement & Qualifications:
- Previous hotel experience
- Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office applications – 4-5 years experience
- Proficient in Excel, Word, & Adobe – 5+ years experience
- Ability to conduct thorough financial analysis
- High level of knowledge and experience in Revenue Management principles and practices
- 3+ years experience in Managerial experience
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
What will you do?
The Regional Revenue Manager will oversee Revenue Management functions for a systems conversion and rebranding project. This role ensures alignment of room types, rates, and rate plans across multiple systems and provides training to Revenue Analysts. Working closely with Inventory Management, I.T., Setup Teams, Reporting, Marketing, and the Revenue Team, the Regional Revenue Manager will lead efforts to prepare properties for rebranding, managing team tasks and deadlines.
Essential Job Functions:
- Submit forms to respective brands for new property builds, align room types, rate plans, and define rate structures across systems.
- Determine deposit and cancellation policies and ensure consistent application across rebranded properties.
- Train and manage a team of Revenue Analysts to ensure project alignment and smooth operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve revenue-related issues, coordinating with cross-functional teams as needed.
- Work with Inventory Management, I.T., Setup, Reporting, Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Collaborate with Sales to review and approve Business Travel accounts and coordinate Wholesale and Group account builds.
- Ensure all conversion and rebrand reports are running accurately, maintain necessary logs, and monitor payroll processes.
- Partner with Front Desk teams to finalize upgrade programs for enhanced guest experiences.
