HYBRID

Tuesday – Saturday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Contract Length: 12 months

$18-$20/hour, depending on experience

You are:
 
Requirement & Qualifications:
 
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Up to 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong Excel skills, organizational abilities, and effective written and verbal communication.

What will you do?

The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for the performance of various tasks within the property management systems. 
Essential Job Functions:
 
  • Works to clear any reservation exceptions that may cause overbookings or relocations at the property level.
  • Communicates with management regarding booking pace and dates that require attention or have special events.
  • Ensures accurate and timely reservation processing, system updates, and inventory management.
  • Coordinates with management on booking trends, special event planning, and rate adjustments based on market demand.
  • Update spreadsheets and systems, including accurately making inventory available for booking.
  • Keep supervisor and/or manager updated of relevant issues.
  • Generate and record statistics
