*Our high growth private equity backed portfolio of companies is seeking a Director of Financial Planning and Analysis. This is a high visibility, high touch role and a great opportunity to engage with a strategic senior leadership team as a trusted finance leader! *
$150k-$175K + BONUS
You are:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or related field required
- Minimum five years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, or other related positions
- Critical thinker
- Excellent presentation skills
- Skilled at interpersonal communication
What will you do?
Essential Job Functions:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, operational metrics, and KPIs; communicate findings through clear, actionable insights.
- Assist in updating long-range plans and preparing presentations for board, sponsor, equity, and executive teams.
- Utilize ERP and dashboard tools to enhance performance and reporting.
- Support the development of the annual budget and mid-year forecasts.
- Recommend process improvements and efficiencies.
