You are:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of recruitment/training experience, preferably in construction.
- Proficiency with social media for recruitment and creating engaging content.
- Strong knowledge of hiring laws and regulations.
- Deadline-driven with a positive social media presence.
- Discreet and professional, especially with high-profile clients.
- Construction recruiting experience or knowledge of OSHA standards a plus.
Our partner is seeking a dynamic Recruiter to manage recruitment and employee development initiatives in the construction industry. This role focuses on identifying top talent, delivering exceptional onboarding experiences, and supporting workforce development to drive company success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies, with an emphasis on social media outreach (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
- Write and post engaging job ads across job boards and industry platforms.
- Source candidates through networking events, partnerships, and direct outreach.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring with managers.
- Manage applicant tracking systems and ensure hiring compliance.
- Design and deliver effective onboarding programs to integrate new hires.
- Train employees on company policies and continuing education programs.
- Collaborate with managers to address training needs and skill gaps.
