Job Description
Firm Administrator needed to support the owners of an Engineering Organization in Winter Park, Florida!
Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 (plus discretionary bonus)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30a-5:30p (not remote)
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of the firm, ensuring smooth operations and supporting architects and designers. This role requires a blend of administrative expertise, project management skills and a basic understanding of the A/E/C processes.
Brief Job Overview:
- Manage Daily operations, including office administration, project coordination, and client communications.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Supports architect and design teams in project documentation, scheduling and client deliverables.
- Must be discreet and confidential
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes to ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- High attention to detail and accuracy is required
- Will work independently and with minimal guidance. Must be comfortable problem-solving and be resourceful.
- Will run reports within the software and financial systems.
- Basic Accounting acumen is a must to be successful in this role.
- Will help with front office duties as needed.
