Seeking a Customer Service and Payment Specialist!
Location: North Lakeland, FL (WFH flexibility)
Pay: $16+/hour

Responsibilities
- Assist patients with billing inquiries and payment processing.
- Maintain accurate medical records and resolve account disputes.
- Meet collections goals while delivering exceptional service.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1–3 years in a team-oriented role, preferably in a high-volume call center.
- Experience in medical administration and strong customer service skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Remote experience is preferred
