Seeking a Customer Service and Payment Specialist!
Location: North Lakeland, FL (WFH flexibility)
Pay: $16+/hour

Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with billing inquiries and payment processing.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and resolve account disputes.
  • Meet collections goals while delivering exceptional service.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1–3 years in a team-oriented role, preferably in a high-volume call center.
  • Experience in medical administration and strong customer service skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Remote experience is preferred
