TEWS has an immediate need for a Customer Service Coordinator for the corporate headquarters of our client based in Orlando.
- High school diploma/GED
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professionalism and excellent customer service with internal and external clients
- Positive, outgoing, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Strong analytical skills
- Call center or hospitality experience
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, business partners, and team
- Collect and/or validate data from guest interactions
- Support new initiatives and help teams that are impacted by these changes
- Maintain daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly reporting needs
- Provide immediate support to questions as they arise
