Job Description
Supports and assists the HR Manager, Compensation & Reporting in providing analytics and reporting in various areas of HR and payroll. Performs duties following established procedures in the following areas: reporting, payroll, and compensation.
- Assist in providing compensation and analysis for all offers, promotions, the annual salary administration process and salary survey submissions.
- Conduct periodic, comprehensive audits and analysis of compensation and headcount data.
- Create standard and ad hoc reports as needed, utilizing Excel and Power BI. Compile metrics for use in HR Dashboard as well as required corporate reporting.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential knowledge skills and abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, human resources or related field
- Minimum 1 year of related experience
- Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
- Data analysis and reporting skills
- Must be highly organized and have a great attention to details
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality
