Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- 3 year’s of accounting experience
- Analytical experience
- Bank reconciliation/treasury analysis
- Proficient in excel: pivot tables, power queries
- Workday experience is a plus
Job Description:
This position will be a part of the investment and treasury department. The successful individual will assist current staff with matching deposits and payments to the banking module in workday, work with multiple departments to research variances and matching deposits to the bank, reconciling bank statements to the investment pools in workday. This position will also assist with creating journal entries, adhoc bank transactions, and inputting investment data as needed. Investment accounting experience highly desired. Specific tasks include:
- Deposit matching for the bank reconciliation.
- Investment statement recording for pool allocations.
- Intercompany transaction analysis to identify correcting entries.
- Assist with uploading gift and designation budgets across multiple companies.
- Liaise with multiple departments in accounting and the Foundation.
- Maintain documentation and perform adhoc reporting.
- Other duties or special projects as assigned.
