Healthcare Customer Service Representative Needed For Growing Company!
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
Greater Orlando Area (Onsite)
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
$17.20–$20.00/hour (depending on experience)
Our healthcare client is looking for a dedicated Call Center Representative to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. This role is a great opportunity to grow your career while making a meaningful impact in the lives of patients.
Responsibilities:
- Answer patient calls and provide support with insurance-related questions.
- Verify insurance coverage and ensure accurate information is recorded.
- Deliver compassionate, professional service to every caller.
- Work with insurance providers to resolve issues and discrepancies.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to handle high call volumes with empathy and efficiency.
- Previous insurance experience is a plus but not required.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is helpful but not mandatory.
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
