Job Description
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (including education and certifications):
- Highschool diploma or GED
- Former receptionist or administrative background
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Great demeanor
- Shows Initiative
- Strong Organizational skills and time usage
- Attention to detail
- Decision making ability
- Interpersonal/Written communication skills
- Developing relationships
Responsible for providing receptionist duties and clerical support for the Company.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer telephones for the Company at the reception desk, and greet guests of the Company
- Provide parking validation to guests of the Company
- Support other administrative staff where needed
- Special projects as needed
- Other duties as assigned
