Marketing Communications Coordinator
This is a Hybrid Role - MUST reside in Miami (In office 2-3 days each week)
Long Term Contract Starting Early February, thru the end of 2024
***Adobe Campaign Exp. and HTML knowledge is HIGHLY preferred***
Pay Range: $28.00-$30.00/hour (based on experience)

The Marketing Communications Coordinator works in a team environment assisting the Marketing Communications group in implementing travel and member benefits email campaigns and special projects. The coordinator will have an understanding of email marketing concepts and HTML. The focus will be on both the member base in global markets as well as Third Party accounts.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and test behavior-based and scheduled email campaigns with the direction of the Manager, Promotions and Lifecycle Marketing.
- Provide recommendations for email subject lines and work with Manager, Promotions and Lifecycle Marketing on deciding those that would be ultimately used.
- Ensure emails are sent in proper form, template, and follow industry standards. Review emails for clarity, proper grammar and spelling.
- Develop and/or modify email templates in content management system.
- Test emails working alongside the in-house Marketing Operations team.
- Manage any necessary email or web content translations – work with consultant or in-house translator.
- QA-test emails across devices, coordinate and apply feedback.
- Assist with other marketing programs, responsibilities, and/or special projects as assigned by management on an ad-hoc basis
Education/Qualifications
- Must have 1+ years of email marketing experience
- Basic HTML knowledge
- Fluent in Spanish

- Able to handle multiple, time-sensitive tasks simultaneously and prioritize them based on business needs and manager’s direction.

- Work well under pressure and meet multiple deadlines.
- Must maintain effective working relationships with vendors and peers.
- Team player with excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to react and balance shifting priorities.
