Job Description
We are seeking a Project Administrator for a large firm in North Orlando!
Hours: 40 hours a week, flexible hours. In office position.
Years of Experience:
A minimum of five years of experience in the profession is required. Experience with an Architecture, Construction and/or Engineering firm is preferred.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- This position would be focused on preparing, examining, analyzing, negotiating, and revising contracts.
- Ensure all Contracts/Purchase Orders/Change Orders are received for bookings.
- Processing estimates.
- Experience reviewing construction contracts and submittals and/or working with specifications is highly preferred.
- Must possess strong organizational and communication skills.
- Must have the ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as accept direction on given assignments.
- Must be able to multi-task and carry on several tasks concurrently.
- Experience with AIA.
Computer Skills:
- Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook is required.
- Adobe Acrobat, Vision and PowerPoint experience is preferred.
