ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK WITH SAGE INTACCT EXPERIENCE NEEDED!

Job Summary:
The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for processing invoices, reconciling statements, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely vendor payments in compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and verify invoices for payment, including check runs, ACH, and wire transfers
- Maintain accurate AP ledgers by posting transactions and reconciling statements
- Investigate and resolve account discrepancies
- Support month-end close processes related to AP
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding payments and discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with company accounting procedures
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience
- Experience with Sage Intacct required
- CAPP certification preferred; Associate’s Degree in Accounting/Finance a plus
