<h3>Position Summary</h3>

<p>TEWS is partnering with one of our clients to identify a <strong>Senior Business Analyst</strong> with strong <strong>ERP expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)</strong>. This individual will play a key role in evaluating, documenting, and improving <strong>Operational, Financial, Supply Chain, and Corporate processes</strong> within a D365 ERP environment.</p>

<p>This role requires a senior-level professional who can act as a <strong>business change agent</strong>, working closely with stakeholders, subject matter experts (SMEs), and user communities to guide process improvement, system adoption, and organizational change. Strong communication, leadership, and change management skills are essential.</p>

<h4>Business Process & Workflow Analysis</h4>

<h4>ERP & Functional Requirements</h4>

&#9;<li>Lead requirements-gathering efforts using industry-standard business analysis techniques.
&#9;<li>Translate business needs into <strong>functional and business requirements</strong> within a <strong>Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP environment</strong>.
&#9;<li>Collaborate with technical teams to support configurations, enhancements, integrations, and custom solutions where system configuration alone is insufficient.
&#9;<li>Partner with other Business Analysts to ensure consistency and best practices across ERP-related initiatives.

<h4>Change Management, Training & Adoption</h4>

&#9;<li>Act as a <strong>business change agent</strong>, supporting departments through ERP and process changes with clarity and structure.
&#9;<li>Lead and facilitate <strong>workshops, training sessions, and user enablement activities</strong> to ensure understanding and adoption of new processes and systems.

<h4>End-User Support & Issue Resolution</h4>

<h3>Required Qualifications</h3>

<ul>
&#9;<li><strong>Bachelorâs degree</strong> required.
&#9;<li><strong>5+ years of experience</strong> in Business Analysis, Business Process Engineering, or a related role.
&#9;<li><strong>Hands-on ERP experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365</strong>, particularly <strong>D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM)</strong>.
&#9;<li>Proven experience documenting and improving end-to-end business processes.
&#9;<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
</ul>

Executive Assistant to the President/CEO works across all departments and divisions.</p>
