SHIFT: Scheduled start/end time is between 8a – 8p (8 hours a day), with 1 Saturday a month working between 9a – 3p.  

PAY RATE: $17-18 per hour (depending on experience)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (including education and certifications):

-An aptitude for MS Excel is important, along with strong written skills for text and email communication.

-Strong customer service skills

-Strong interpersonal skills

-Self-motivated

-Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point, with working knowledge of computers and networking systems in a professional environment.

**We are looking for someone with specific CSR/Click to Chat experience.

PREFERENCES: Bachelor’s degree

 

Intermediate level professional position that requires experience in functional area, but incumbent is still acquiring knowledge and experience in discipline.  Solves a range of straightforward problems using knowledge learned on the job and by applying standard procedures.  Receives a high level of guidance and direction from manager.

Responsible for tracking applicant status, communicating application status updates, additional requirements and any quality concerns.

To assist in maximizing return on recruitment activities and increase the Overall Application to Start Ratio with increased benchmarks in:

  • Application to File Complete
  • File Complete to Accepted
  • Accepted to Start

2.

Responsible for communication management via all avenues of available communication following up with enrolled students.

To assist in maximizing return on recruitment activities and increase the Overall Application to Start Ratio with increased benchmarks in:

  • Application to File Complete
  • File Complete to Accepted
  • Accepted to Start

3.

Demonstrates an ability to build a strong relationship with current applicants by having the ability to listen and identify their needs and following the Student Engagement Model and Personality Profile.

4.

Supports the Operations team by executing document management, quality reviews and unofficial transcript reviews using partner rubrics and processes while working with cross-functional teams in Admissions and Operations

 

Supports department leadership in defining processes and best practices
