Dynamic organization headquartered in Orlando is looking for a collaborative VP of HR with significant employee relations experience and expertise!
Bachelor’s degree required; PHR/SPHR/SHRM-SCP a plus
5+ years of experience in a HR management-level role
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Skilled with employee relations, compensation practices and benefits.
HR Dept management experience
Experience with an employee population of 600 to 900
Duties/Responsibilities to include:
Will manage HR team of (13) and will be responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees within the HR department.
Review and make recommendations to CEO for improvement of the organizational policies, procedures and practices on HR matters.
Manage and lead the recruitment process and the overall utilization of recruiters.
Responsible for the recruitment process and the development and implementation of innovative recruitment strategies.
Maintain responsibility for organizational compliance with federal and state and legislation pertaining to all personnel matters.
Responsible for the management of the relationships with the employees. Will ensure that fair and consistent treatment is extended to all employees
Consult with legal counsel as appropriate, or as directed by the CEO, on HR matters.
Work directly with department managers to assist them in carrying out their responsibilities on personnel matters.
This is a full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. This position may require additional hours.
Starting Annual Salary range: $95,000 - $120,000
