Sales & Services Coordinator

Hospitality Group in Kissimmee has a temporary need for a Sales and Services Coordinator.  This person will be working 3-4 months with the potential for a permanent opportunity.

Duties Include:

Assisting Sales team with information pertaining to client site visits.

  • Entering information into a data base
  • Call local partners to set up appointment times, number of guests and duration of visit 
  • Create a contact sheet for each site visit with the sales managers contact info as well as any partners and clients participating

Data Entry in to the CRM

  • Entering contact information of potential clients following a trade show
  • Updating contact information as needed

Data cleaning projects

  • Per the Director, pulling specific lists from the database and updating necessary information.  This may entail making phone calls to confirm information with clients, vendors or partners. 

Destination Research  

  • Researching local organizations to fulfill meeting planners needs for services within our destination for a future event in our destination.  

Event Prep Assistance

  • Work with the Administrative Assistant to prepare sales kits, stuff bags for trade shows, load flash drives with information for trade shows or appointments, wrap gifts or amenities for events, etc.

Requirements:

Word, Excel, Outlook and PPT

Data entry into a contact management database

Professional phone etiquette

Strong attention to detail when entering data

Hospitality Experience preferred
