Front Office Concierge Needed for Busy Professional Office in Downtown Orlando

***Spanish Bilingual Required***

  • Creating a professional, warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Answering and directing phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
  • Scheduling/coordinating meeting spaces, events and services
  • Receiving, sorting and delivering mail and incoming packages
  • Opening and closing procedures
  • Maintaining professional office setting and high standards of center-readiness
  • Providing administrative services as needed
  • Creating connections and supporting the growth of our clients and our center
  • Assisting with sales, monthly billing and other tasks as needed

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Charismatic & Friendly - outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual (Spanish)
  • Able to take charge and take ownership of the reception area
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong desire to provide excellent client service
  • Exceptional multi-tasking and telephone skills
  • Enjoys helping people make connections
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and grammar skills
  • Team player with desire to learn and grow
  • Independent, responsible and self-directed individual with ability to prioritize

PREFERENCES:

  • Background in events, hospitality, and sales do well in this environment
  • PowerPoint, Adobe and Publisher experience a plus
  • Sales experience a plus

Salary ~ $13-14/hour

Hours ~ 8:30-5:30, Monday - Friday
