The Pricing Analyst Manager is responsible for the analysis, development, management and maintenance of Company's pharmaceutical product pricing and cost volume activities for new and current contract efforts. The Pricing Analyst Manager pulls market product pricing data, tests the validity of the data, analyzes the data, assists with RFP responses, and prepares customer specific pricing proposals based on a variety of factors; such as defined strategy, profitability, competition and regulatory compliance. The Pricing Analyst serves as a resource to the field and national sales team throughout the contracting process, to ensure balance between competitive pricing and company profitability. This individual also plays a key role in recommending price standards in conjunction with the annual price increase process.


  • Spearhead development and champion adoption of a consistent, competitive, market-based pricing strategy for Company;
  • Lead, facilitate and serve as member of Pricing Committee;
  • Collect, analyze and interpret data to determine key sales, pricing, cost of goods, and margin decisions ensuring compliance with policies and regulations; Prepare price proposals, statistical and narrative reports;
  • Work in coordination with appropriate business units to define, develop, evaluate and oversee the implementation of customer specific pricing that is clinically and financially accurate;
  • Validate customer pricing from contract inception through cash application;
  • Serve as a resource to Triad’s legal and sales teams; prepare pricing proposals for RFPs, VA Bids, GPO contracts, major Provider Agreements, and other substantial contract negotiations;
  • Serve as a resource to Company's field sales team throughout the contracting process; review pricing proposals and price increase terms to ensure profitability for Company;
  • Create and maintain historical pricing database; 
  • Maintain Company Formulary and update as necessary; Participate in regular audits to ensure quality control;
  • Work with appropriate internal teams to maintain Company Quote to Contract Tool; update as necessary to reflect COGs changes, formulary changes, contract terms, etc.;
  • Manage requirements to design, develop, test and generate reports required to meet organizational needs; Review and analyze data sources and integrity;
  • Conduct special projects involving pro forma analyses, forecasting and modeling to project expected outcomes under varying conditions and prepare related reports reporting on results; Conduct regular internal audits to confirm forecasting assumptions versus actuals;
  • Assist in evaluation of COGs and recommendation of price increase standards in advance of annual and mid-year price increase process;
  • Participate in any variety of meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new clinical developments, requirements, policies, and regulatory guidelines;
  • Perform or assist with any operations, as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules and quality requirements; Notify supervision of unusual equipment or operating problems and the need for additional material and supplies


  • Bachelors Degree required, concentration in Finance, Accounting or Nuclear Medicine Technology preferred;
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the field of Nuclear Medicine and/or radiopharmaceuticals practice preferred;
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel master level) preferred;
  • Demonstrated understanding of, expertise in, financial reports; Strong analytical skills and proven track record in customer pricing models and margin analysis;
  • Experience with JD Edwards, BioRX, and/or BioDose master systems desired;
  • Strong organizational skills along with effective time management skills;
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and with diverse groups in pursuit of a common goal;
  • Strong detail orientation and multi-task skills;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Customer focused; team oriented.
