Tews Company is seeking an Office Manager to help manage the administration and accounting duties of a growing company in the Winter Park, FL area.
The Office Manager will need strong accounting experience and must be well polished, excellent communication skills, self-starter, multi-tasker, super organized with attention to details. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday with an immediate start.
- Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems.
- Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
- Issue invoices to customers.
- Submit applications for payment through AIA Billing.
- Analyze Financials
- Create PowerPoint presentations for proposals
- Keep a calendar for President and Managing Partner with appointments, meetings, and travels
- Research information to prepare for bids on projects
- Administrative help when needed
- Advanced EXCEL
- AIA Billings
- 5-10 years of related experience
