- In charge of employees salary, health insurance, 401 K and vacation planning
- In charge of credit insurance, company insurance and car insurances.
- Payment of invoices
- Collect receipts from sales rep and put into system
- Call customer in regards to overdue invoices.
- Ad hoc assignments from (CEO)
- Handling of checks (to the bank)
- Approved invoices for payment in system
- Knowledge on Microsoft dynamics AX or similar an advantage
- Implement structure and procedures in the office
- Meet with different vendors
- Help buying hardware for new employees
