Some responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • In charge of employees salary, health insurance, 401 K and vacation planning 
  • In charge of credit insurance, company insurance and car insurances.
  • Payment of invoices
  • Collect receipts from sales rep and put into system
  • Call customer in regards to overdue invoices.
  • Ad hoc assignments from (CEO)
  •  Handling of checks (to the bank)
  • Approved invoices for payment in system
  • Knowledge on Microsoft dynamics AX or similar an advantage
  • Implement structure and procedures in the office
  • Meet with different vendors
  • Help buying hardware for new employees
