Must be a College grad with degree in business, finance, communications or similar
***There is a direct plan for promotion. After being successful in this role for 8 to 12 months, this person will move into a Jr. Associate role.****
Position includes processing of paperwork for multiple clients at one time. Maintaining excel database and managing all stages of incoming, pending and outgoing contracts/reports etc. Other duties include answering phones, providing scheduling assistance to the CEO, ordering office supplies, filing, binding and other office administration duties.
Office is located in the area of the Orlando Museum of Art.
Monday thru Friday, 7:30-4:00
PAY RATE: $15/hour while on contract. Once perm, salary is $35,500.00
