Position: Financial Administrative Assistant
Shift: M-F 8:30am-5pm

- 1-2 years administrative experience
- 1 year experience in the financial or banking industry
- Able to juggle multiple responsibilities with various departments
- Able to occasionally work after hours (during the work week) for client events
- Assist clients and teams with paperwork and projects
- Ensure compliance of reports (financial in nature)
- Assist with end of year collection of info for tax returns
- Mingle with clients at company events

Starting annual salary range (based on experience, skills and job stability) $42K to $46K
