A financial consulting company in Maitland is looking for an Administrative Assistant with experience in the financial industry. Great company culture and benefits!

Position: Financial Administrative Assistant
Shift: M-F 8:30am-5pm

Minimum Requirements:

  • 1-2 years administrative experience
  • 1 year experience in the financial or banking industry
  • Able to juggle multiple responsibilities with various departments
  • Able to occasionally work after hours (during the work week) for client events

Job Description:

  • Assist clients and teams with paperwork and projects
  • Ensure compliance of reports (financial in nature)
  • Assist with end of year collection of info for tax returns 
  • Mingle with clients at company events
