Qualification 

  • Customer Service experience - Someone who's worked with customers at a higher/more in-depth level.
  • Excellent phone skills
  • Detail Oriented

Preferred

  • General knowledge of IT solutions/ability to learn quickly (helps when answering questions from customers)
