Corporate Recruiter - Contract role for 3+ Months

Manage recruitment for professional level staff to include position posting internally and externally, coordinating search through recruitment firms (as necessary), resume review, candidate screening, coordinating and conducting DDI Targeted Selection interviews, extension of employment offer, on-boarding and new hire orientation; Coordinate candidate travel and relocation and monitor expenditures

Assist with the design of effective decentralized recruiting programs in conjunction with Managers by coordinating recruiting firm contacts and providing all training/tools necessary to conduct recruitment; Administration and attendance of campus recruiting program; Network through industry contacts, association memberships and team members (referral program) to attract quality applicant flow

Maintain open position tracking log for all recruitment activity and ensure compliance with position approval and budget process for positions of direct responsibility; Maintain currency of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources/recruitment functions; Administer solid record keeping and applicant tracking of required information for internal requirements and government reporting purposes including, but not limited to, EEO-l, AAP, and Vets100

Perform detailed reference checks and/or reference analysis on selected candidates; Notify candidates of non-selection; Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS); Retain all files in accordance with government record keeping guidelines

 Assist with the design and support of on-boarding program and AAP implementation

Perform or assist with any operations, as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules and quality requirements; Notify supervision of unusual equipment or operating problems and the need for additional material and supplies

Participate in any variety of meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, policies, and regulatory guidelines


Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Communication or business related field required; PHR/SPHR Certification preferred

Two to four years related recruitment experience required; DDI Certification preferred

Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) proficiency

ADP HRB experience preferred

Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills

Ability to maintain the confidential nature of human resources work

Special projects and/or project management experience beneficial

Strong organizational skills along with effective time management skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Customer focused; team oriented
